Meet Jeff Wharton
Jeff Wharton is the CEO of Bloomin' Blinds Franchise Corp, a leading national window covering company specializing in custom design, repair, and installation services. With over 20 years of executive leadership experience in franchising, home services, and technology-driven growth, Jeff brings a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic vision, and entrepreneurial spirit to the WCAA Board of Directors.
Under Jeff’s leadership, Bloomin' Blinds has expanded to over 80 franchise locations nationwide. His commitment to innovation, ethical leadership, and elevating professional standards has helped position Bloomin' Blinds as one of the most respected brands in the window coverings industry.
Jeff is passionate about strengthening the broader window coverings community through collaboration, education, and technology. He is an active member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) and holds the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jeff is a husband, father of four, and a practicing Catholic, values that deeply influence his approach to leadership and service.
