About Ashley Uhl

Ashley’s been cultivating a love of service her entire lifetime. Traveling extensively throughout the world early on in life, she developed an incredible respect, understanding, and interest in the five-star service she encountered. Eager to expand her knowledge of service, Ashley gained her degree in psychology and minor in business from the University of Missouri. Followed up by formal training and work in human relations, sales, and presentations from top professional development company, Dale Carnegie.

Ashley later spent over four years working with and understanding the expectations of high net worth clients at wealth management firm, Morgan Stanley. While working at Morgan Stanley, she also purchased her first home and discovered her passion for interior design. But after working on projects with family and friends, realized that design itself wasn’t her calling. 

So with a nudge from her husband, she decided to combine her love for both service and design. Thus, allowing her to become the first and only client service consultant exclusively focused on interior designers. Ashley now works with interior designers who are ambitious to achieve more within the design industry. By showing them how to deliver even greater value to their design clients with a five-star service experience in an easy step by step fashion. She does this through one on one consultations along with soon to be released video courses and self-paced guides. 

Ashley has been a featured guest on podcasts such as Michelle Binette’s Business Homie’s Radio, Kimberly Seldon’s Business of Design, and LuAnn Nigara’s A Well-Designed Business. She will also be a featured panelist at High Point this fall where she will further discuss the enormous value and benefit in delivering a 5 star service experience to your client, no matter what budget level your clients are currently at.
