Exhibition Floor pricing structure and payment plans

The Board of Directors of the Window Coverings Association of America is pleased to announce the pricing structure for the exhibition show floor for INSPIRE 2012. You may choose from our ALL INCLUSIVE structure and take advantage of "one stop shopping" and our best negotiated rates for hotel accomodations, or find your own housing and deduct $200.

The cost of exhibiting includes:
  • Accommodation Thursday September 6 and Friday September 7, single occupancy at the Galt House Hotel if you choose the all inclusive option.
  • Two breakfasts and two lunches
  • One ticket to the WCAA dinner and gala ball on Friday September 7.
  • 10' x 10' pipe and drape booth with a table, two chairs, waste basket, black and white signage in the Grand Ballroom, a 23,000 sq foot exhibition space.
  • Wireless internet access
  • One electrical outlet per booth
All suppliers to the window coverings industry are invited to participate and pricing is attractive and competitive. WCAA Industry Partners will enjoy generous discounting in recognition of their membership in the Association and returning exhibitors will be eligible to choose a loyalty discount in recognition of past support. Vendors wishing to exhibit can choose to pay in full or reserve their space with a $500 down payment.  For those exhibitors wishing to pay over time, the balance will be paid in equal installments due, one per month, until September 1, 2012. Click here to download the reservation form which can then be mailed with the down payment check. Credit card payments will also be accepted.

INSPIRE 2012 will be hosted in Louisville, Kentucky at the Galt House Hotel and Conference Center from September 5-8, 2012. Accommodations will be in spacious 720 sq foot, one bedroom suites and this all inclusive pricing structure was designed to make INSPIRE 2012 affordable and easy for vendors to attend and exhibit their products and services. The minimum space available will be 100 sq feet in a 10' x 10' booth and additional space may be purchased in 100 sq foot increments. Note that this event is a full scale trade exhibition rather than a table top show. The non union based venue is a 23,000 square foot exhibit space and vendors are encouraged to bring their full trade show booth. Vendors who wish to purchase additional meal packages or sleeping rooms in order to have more staff on hand may do so.  We recommend the all inclusive package as we have negotiated very favorable rates, but those who choose to find alternate housing may deduct $200 from the package price.
 
Designers, decorators, workrooms, installers and other window treatment professionals will enjoy a full calendar of classes and 2 days entry to the exhibition hall. The show and educational event has been designed to assist window treatment professionals in catapulting their business to the next level.
