Attendee pricing structure and payment plans for INSPIRE 2012

The Board of Directors of the Window Coverings Association of America is pleased to announce the pricing structure for INSPIRE 2012. This year, in addition to our popular ALL INCLUSIVE conference package, we have added a single day pass option. Attendees who wish to take advantage of "one stop shopping" will benefit from our all inclusive package which includes all classes, hotel accommodations for 3 nights, most meals and events. Those who are local to the Louisville area or prefer to arrange for their own housing can book the entire conference or single daily passes with our without hotel included.

To make this event accessible to as many people as possible, we are offering the convenience of a payment plan! Pay the down payment to make your reservation and we will set up the balance in automatic payments against your credit card.

MEMBER PRICING

SINGLE OCCUPANCY: WCAA members who wish to attend and occupy a room alone pay $999 for the all inclusive option or $699 for the no housing option. Early Bird discount extended! Booked before February 29, 2012 save an additional $50!

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: Find a roommate, book the all inclusive plan, and save $100 or $150 when you book Early Bird!

Share a 720 sq foot suite at the Galt House for $899 per person double occupancy.
Roommates must register at the same time and confirm their intent to share a room.
Non members rooming with members will be charged at the non member rate
Rooming lists will be provided to the hotel

Bring your spouse or a traveling companion for only $295! Price includes sharing your room, 2 breakfasts, entry to the Keynote luncheon, exhibition hall pass and admission to the dinner dance on Friday night.

NON MEMBER PRICING
