How much are the dues for WCAA? Dues for a new member are $165 per year. Renewing members pay only $150 per year or $265 for a 2 year membership. Once I join, when will I receive my new-member kit?
You'll receive your membership package within two weeks of joining.
I joined WCAA last year, when do my national dues become payable for this year?
Membership in the WCAA runs from January to December annually. Once you are a member and as long as you keep your membership in good standing, annual renewal is only $150 as long you renew on time. Our grace period for renewal runs through January 15th of each year. Do you pro-rate the dues if I join later in the year? If you join the Association from June 1 to September 30, we will prorate your dues to $99 which will see you through until the end of the calendar year in which you join. If you join any time after October 1 of any year your dues will be $190 and will take you through the end of year in which you join and all of the following year.
If I have employees can they attend meetings? Do they have to pay national/local dues?
Both your National and Local dues are done on a company basis not an individual basis. So when your company joins, all the employees are also eligible for the benefits and may attend meetings and events at the member cost.
When I join WCAA, am I automatically enrolled in my local chapter (or vice versa)?
No - WCAA urges you to also join your local chapter to gain full access to professional development and networking opportunities in your geographic area. For a complete listing of our local chapters nationwide, you may click on our Chapters page.
How do I update my member record?
You can update your member information right on the web. You will need your log in and password to make updates.
