Linda Principe
Monroe, New Jersey

Linda Principe has been the owner of Linda Principe Interiors LLC in Cranbury, NJ since 1988. Linda provides residential interior design services with a specialty in window treatments in the central New Jersey area. Prior to owning her own business, Linda held several marketing positions in the financial sector. Linda has been a member of the WCAA since 1997 and joined the board of the WCAA Central NJ Chapter at its inception in 2005. Linda became Chapter president in 2008 and has spearheaded its growth to become the largest chapter in the country in 2009. Linda is presently an instructor for the “Window Treatments” class in the Interior Design Certificate program at Mercer County Community College. Linda’s work has been included in Window Fashions magazine and she is a past Editorial Board member, featured writer and column coordinator. She has also been published in Design NJ magazine as well as several local newspapers.

Michele Williams

Michele Williams is the owner and Creative Director of The Scarlet Thread. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. After a career in financial software development with Management Science America and Dun & Bradstreet Software, Michele decided to pursue a new career path in textiles.

Kimberley Chagnon
Greenfield, Massachusetts

Kimberley Chagnon is the owner of Kim's Upholstery, a full service Upholstery and Soft Home Furnishings business located in Greenfield Massachusetts. Kim is a graduate of Keene State college and Hallmark Institute of Photography. Fascinated by working with fabrics as a child and through out most her young adult life Kimberley started Kim's Upholstery in 1996. In 2000 ,with her down to earth values and can do spirit, Kim added window treatments to her business and soon grew to a full time business employing 3 people besides herself. In 2005 Kim became a member of the WCAA and began attending monthly meetings of the Northeast New England chapter in Littleton Ma., networking and learning all she can about the window treatment business. In 2010 Kim was elected president of the Northeast New England Chapter.

Bob Hipps
Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Recognized nationally and internationally as a leader in the shading motorization industry, Hipps and Company, Inc, of Fort Lauderdale, FL, has been a proud member of WCAA since 1987. Hipps and Company, Inc. is a third generation company serving the Southeastern United States, the Bahamas and the Caribbean Islands. Specialties are motorized shading solutions, motorization, and automation. Sales and Service offices are in Jacksonville, Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Beth Hodges
Elberton, Georgia

Beth Hodges is the owner of Soft Furnishings, a workroom located in Elberton, Georgia, which, after 22 years, is still based in the basement of her home. She operated Soft Furnishings for the first eight years as a one-person retail workroom. Now, Soft Furnishings has expanded to employ five people and provides a wide variety of wholesale workroom services around the country. The workroom has grown incrementally through Beth's attention to customer service and her product knowledge. She attends shows and seminars regularly, and strives to keep Soft Furnishings methods up to date and at the very highest end of the current industry standards.

Carol Collord
Medway, Massachusetts

Since 2005, Carol Collord, the owner of Creations by Carol located in Medway Massachusetts, has been creating custom soft furnishings. In addition to window treatments and bedding, she offers custom slipcovers and lampshades. Carol has her bachelor's degree in nursing from Fitchburg State College and an MBA from Simmons College. After 25 years in the nursing profession, she decided to start her own business doing what she loved best. She is a career professional, certified by the Custom Home Furnishings Academy, in both slipcovers and window treatments. She joined the WCAA in 2007 and became the Treasurer of her local chapter in 2010. Carol works with both retail customers and designers.

Kelli Chitty
Ocean, New Jersey

Kelli Chitty is the owner of Interiors by Kelli, an award winning design studio with a specialty in custom window treatments and soft furnishings for the home.. Her work and expertise has been featured in Design NJ magazine, and at national industry conferences. Prior to launching her own business, Kelli worked in the financial industry. Kelli was appointed to the Board of the WCAA Central New Jersey Chapter in 2009 as Membership Chair and was elected President in 2010. She is currently serving as Immediate Past President. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the WCAA National organization.

Ramon Hardy, Jr.
Richmond, Virginia

Ramon Hardy, Jr. is the co-owner of Accent Draperys located in Richmond Va. Accent started as a home based business over twenty years ago and have grown into a 24, 000 sq. ft. facility that include a well equipped workroom, design center, and large showroom. We offer wholesale and retail services to our many clients. Ramon shares his industry knowledge as a speaker at the D&WC Conferences and has been featured in the fun “Designer Sketch Races” held during the conferences. He is an active member in the local WCAA chapter. Currently Ramon brings with him over 30 years of experience as a Battalion Chief with the Richmond Fire Department where he has focused on leadership management, team building and mentoring.

Joe Jankoski
Morris Plains, New Jersey

Joe Jankoski is Vice President of Corporate Merchandising for Hunter Douglas, Inc., North America’s leading manufacturer and marketer of custom window fashions, based in Upper Saddle River, N.J. Joe has 38 years experience in the window covering industry, the past 20 with Hunter Douglas. He is also President of the Window Covering Manufacturers Association (WCMA) is a Trustee for the Window Covering Safety Council (WCSC) and is on the Board of Directors for the Window Covering Association of America (WCAA). Prior to working at the company, Jankoski held various sales and marketing positions at Levolor, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jankoski holds a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He resides with his wife, Anita and daughter in Morris Plains, N.J.

Derick Marsh
Stamford, Connecticut

Derick Marsh is the President of Rollease Inc. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of this leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of proprietary components and other products used in the fabrication of custom window coverings. RollEase sells over 3,000 different products and supplies almost 2,000 participants in over 30 countries around the world, making it one of the industry's largest and most diverse sources of high-end components and systems. Derick is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and George Washington University's National Law Center. Zona Tiller
Johnston, Iowa

Zona Tiller began her window covering business in the Des Moines area in 1982. She has a home based workroom, providing professionally made custom soft treatments for wholesale clients, with a few retail clients sprinkled in throughout the year. In addition to window treatments she also offers upholstery, and slipcovers. Zona is the founder and immediate past president of the Central Iowa Chapter of WCAA. She is currently serving as the chapter’s treasurer.

Ronica VanGelder is the owner of Ronica's Custom Creations, LLC an award winning full service window treatment design and fabrication studio. For over a decade, Ronica has been working with both retail clients and design clients, using her specialized industry skills to make ideas and plans become reality to beautify the home. Ronica's Custom Creations is dedicated to providing quality products with outstanding details. To reach that end, she spends time keeping up with current colors, home furnishing styles, and fabrication techniques. Her membership in the WCAA provides educational opportunities and important contacts with colleagues. Ronica strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency in drapery fabrication. She searches out new knowledge in the field by attending educational seminars, business seminars, and WCAA chapter meetings as well as subscribing to trade and design journals. Customers can be assured that they will be treated in a respectful way and provided with home furnishings they will be proud of for many years.
