Sales Support Associate - Nashville, Chicago, New York or Los Angeles

The Sales Support Associate is a dedicated, detail-oriented team player who is excited to grow overall designer sales. Will be responsible for sales prospecting and assisting in day to day tasks for Trade Reps and the Sales Manager.



  • Populate and qualify sales leads nationwide including researching designers for brand fit, aesthetic, firm size, etc
  • Complete and document designer profiles in CRM and send initial outreach campaign
  • Perform outreach to all leads connected through social on Pinterest, Houzz and Instagram
  • Keep CRM updated with latest information gathered through research and communication
  • Work with sales manager on CRM improvements as needed
  • Assist sales team with daily tasks such as follow-up, contacting installers, booking meetings, etc.
  • Provide support to marketing for designer outreach and invitations to events
  • Run weekly de-duplication software to ensure cleanliness of CRM system
  • Assist sales manager in writing additional prospecting campaigns

  • Excellent problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Sales prospecting experience preferred
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
  • Motivated by a team environment to support reps to overall company success
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales prospecting experience is preferred
  • Experience with Retail and Interior Design a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems required, specially Salesforce a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and self motivated to assist team to meet and exceed quotas
