  Once I join, when will I receive my new-member kit?

You'll receive your membership package within two weeks of joining.

  I joined WCAA last year, when do my national dues become payable for this year?

Your initial membership is for 12 consecutive months. You will receive a pro-rated invoice for the remaining portion of the year. Your dues will then be on a calendar billing cycle.

  If I have employees can they attend meetings? Do they have to pay national/local dues?

Both your National and Local dues are done on a company basis not an individual basis.

  When I join WCAA, am I automatically enrolled in my local chapter (or vice versa)?

  How do I update my member record?

Send all changes to your member record to WCAA's National Office (see below for ways to contact us).
