are the requirements for
taking the exams online? |
You
must use Internet Explorer,
version 6 or later. You must
use a PC running Microsoft
Windows. You may not use
an Apple/Macintosh computer.
We apologize to Mac users
and users of other operating
systems. |

I use Netscape? |
Sorry,
Netscape is not supported
for the exams. You must use
the latest version of Internet
Explorer. Otherwise, you
may attempt to use Netscape
at your own risk, but no
support will be provided. |
When
I register for one of the
programs, do I have to take
my exam within a certain
period of time? |
Once
you are registered, you have
as long as necessary to prepare
for the exam. Once you are
ready to take the
exam, simply notify the WCAA
National office. |

long is the exam? |
You
are allotted 2.5 hours to complete
your exam. |
What
is the format of the exam? |
Each
exam is comprised of multiple-choice
questions, true-false questions
and matching sections. |
What
happens if I don’t
pass? Do I have to pay
the entire registration
fee again? |
You
can re-test for only $35. The
same registration rules would
apply for re-testing as
apply for initial testing. |
What
score do I need to achieve
to pass the exam? |
You
need to achieve at least an
80% or better to pass. |
