WCAA Welcomes Blaine Smith to National Board
Today we are introducing the last newly elected member from our 2022 National Board elections. WCAA industry partner (IP) Blaine Smith has won a seat on the board as a director-at-large. We are excited to have his insight as an IP and welcome his business acumen.

About Blaine Smith
Blaine owns and runs Antique Drapery Rod (ADR). He bought the company in 2017 when it was already an established and respected business with excellent customer relationships and a talented team.
Since acquiring the company, Blaine has been carefully guiding the organizational, operational, sales and marketing, and financial aspects of ADR. He is strengthening the company’s presence in the industry and positioning it for continued growth.
ADR offers a large variety of drapery rods, finials, rings, brackets and accessories to suit all decorating styles and drapery hardware scales. Custom window treatment fabricators can choose from diverse materials such as solid wood, iron, bamboo, and aluminum. Each drapery rod is customized to the needs of the workroom, allowing customers to select components, sizes, and finishes (30 handcrafted finish options, five powder coat finishes, and two specialty finishes).
The ADR team also provides hand-forging, hand-casting, hand-painting, and hand-finishing techniques to meet the needs of the most discerning workrooms and their detailed projects.
